PR Recycling specializes in the deconstruction, reuse, recycling and recovery of sports surfaces.

We fully support product design based on quality, durability and recyclability. Waste prevention is always the focus of our thoughts and actions. As an independent company, free from third-party interests, we work continuously to improve our processes and services. In this way, we actively develop new processes and machines in order to use the recovered recyclables more sustainably.

To reduce CO₂ emissions, PR Recycling prefers on-site separation. In addition, we prefer the reuse of removed materials as required by the guidelines of the Closed Substance Cycle Waste Management Act, provided that they are suitable - and this is best done on site or with minimal transport effort. We offer our services throughout Germany and in neighbouring countries.

Our services include in particular the deconstruction of synthetic surfaces in outdoor facilities and artificial turf systems as well as the associated elastic layers. But we also specialize in the dismantling of indoor sports surfaces (soccer, tennis, multi-sports, athletics, etc.). Services such as the removal and replacement of performance infill (rubber, SBR, EPDM, TPE and cork) from artificial turf complete our construction services, for which we are prequalified.

REUSE, RECYCLING, RECOVERY & DISPOSAL

PR Recycling is a specialized and certified disposal company for sports surfaces and their components. Our services are monitored and audited annually by an external auditor. By keeping a company diary, we record all material flows and reliably document their recycling. In addition, our management processes are certified according to DIN ISO 9001.

TRANSPORTS

PR Recycling maintains a specialized, modern fleet of trucks with walking floor and roll-off container vehicles. For this purpose, we have an EU license for forwarders. In connection with the certificate of the waste management company, we also have the authorization to transport all relevant types of waste (AVV classes).

SHREDDING ON DEMAND

With our self-sufficient, mobile shredding plant, we offer shredding services for waste management companies. Talk to us about on-site shredding, e.g. of plastics. We are happy to support you in case of machine breakdowns, to cushion peaks or to bridge the gap in case of conversions or expansions.
